Our products are 100% made in Canada. Our factory is located in our main showroom in Richmond Hill. Here we fabricate all of our MDF and solid wood doors. We have two high performing CNC machines and painting booths.

HDF (High Density Fiberwood): HDF stands for High-density Fiberboard, offering greater strength and durability. It's more resistant to wear and tear, making it suitable for kitchen cabinets that need to withstand heavy use. HDF doors are generally more affordable than solid wood, and help client a cost-effective option for those on a budget
MDF (Medium Density Fiberwood Egger): MDF is an engineered wood product made by breaking down hardwood or softwood residuals into wood fibers. Renovation & Installation Procedure
To better evaluate the estimate for client, please send us the rough sketch along with measurements to sales@kitchenprocabinets.ca. Including the preferences of stone color (Calcutta white , Carrara white ) and materials (Quartz, Granite, Marble, Porcelain, Quartzite).
After analyzing, we will send you a cost-effective estimate for your countertop, it will includes related services such as measurement, removal, disposal, installation, etc.
The counter top technician will take exact measurements by accommodate with existing or new cabinets including backsplash heights to ensure that the new counter and backsplash fits the area perfectly.
Before we pass the order to factory, we would likely to get a final confirmation and finalized the sinks model, sizes, counter edge, seam’s location, faucet hole cut location, plug cut out location, and another special accessory or request.
This step will be used on any stone related project, such as, kitchen, fireplace stone wall, vanities counter, laundry counter, island counter, waterfall and backsplash
After we get client confirmation on all details we required, we would be proceeding the order to manufacturing and ready install. Stone installer will supply the extra plywood base on top of the bottom cabinet, then installing new ones and finishing and sealing them to ensure durability and long-lasting beauty.

Usually, custom cabinets are taking longer than usual, it could be few weeks to 2 months, depending on the design and demand of the materials, as well as the how busy of the manufactureís schedule.
We use 5/8’’ and ¾’’ White melamine or Hard rock maple particle board as the standard material for the cabinet. However, we do have other materials such as Maple solid wood, Melamine and plywood.
